The worst behavior of all in raids is putting people down and shaming them when they make mistakes. This attitude never helps anything. In fact, it makes it much worse. It turns the Raid team somewhat toxic and are much less likely to work together and succeed. It also makes players nervous instead of having fun like they should be. And usually, the one or two players running their mouths are the ones making the most mistakes. But when they mess up it's all fun and games and no big deal or they got every excuse in the book to prove how it wasn't their fault, including blaming other players. Whenever i come across players like this on raid teams i almost always drop out. If someone on your raid team is struggling it can get frustrating, but the best way to handle it is to give respectful advice on how to improve their game instead of burning them at the stake.
