When you mentioned that when Kabr's ghost possibly turned into the aegis. Well, that actually makes sense cause if you go through the raid there are 6 aegises. Which could mean that the entire team was lost in time and each of the ghosts turned into an aegis when infused with vex tech. So with that being said, all of the ghosts did this to create weapons to stop the templar and atheon in the future.

Only three Guardians went in, though: Pahanin (a Hunter who created SGA and loved cephalopods), Praedyth (a FWC-supporting Warlock), and Kabr (a Titan that I can't think of any other info of atm). Actually, let me grab some things real quick.. Here, Kabr, Pahanin, and Praedyth info.

There could have been others but those are the only ones we know about

Only three that we know of. It's possible the other three who went with them were entirely lost to time, erased by the Oracles or one of the other mechanics of the Vault.

Yeah, after posting my original comment I saw yours(?) that said that, I never even thought about that before

It's a very interesting possibility. Other argue that they had no idea what was really down there, and went in with a strike team of three. Here's hoping the lore of the game evolves and we become privy to more and more of these insanely awesome stories the Bungie team has created.

So much cool story. Too bad none of it's in the game.

Edited by GhostRydr: 4/27/2017 12:27:41 AMActually, the Paradox mission is a sorta-kinda sequel to VoG and focuses on that fireteam (or at at least Praedyth). So in a sense, the story is in the game. This is a universe of a billion stories. Not all of them can be told in just one game.

Paradox is the one outlier of what could/should have been. Certainly you can't have all the stories, but having more than one would've been nice.
