Felwinter artifact creates bug with Keen Scnout nighstalker perk.
The red tracking x just doesn't appear. Very disappointing.

Its been broken since LAST YEAR, but bungie doesnt really care, because it doesn't relate to their warlock. If they did care, it would be fixed by now lol, and the whole "it doesnt work because its a super perk", is laughable, because in no way is it a super related perk. Its just another nerf that they will never go public about lol, or its a bug that doesnt affect their gameplay because the mass majority at bungie main warlocks and they plain just do not care.

This particular bug has been around for quite a while, but because they couldn't code they're way out of a wet paper bag the devs are playing the "It's not a bug it's a feature" card.
