Beta will be same as vanilla destiny I presume. Max lvl 7, stay in one area and tower/base and game is basically complete just a few tweaks to be made after beta. Then a open beta to see how many people the servers can handle, then servers crash and beta ends before they are running again.
I would like them to address the exotic issue. They originally said we could only equip one exotic at a time so we weren't over powered but that to me makes no sense, I mean don't we want to be as powerful as we can to kill to buggers, and if you have been lucky enough to find an exotic for each slot then lucky you, it will just make me want to play more and harder to have awesome gear too. It's like bungie are sending us to war and saying "you can't use all this equipment as it's unfair to our enemies"

Edited by Penhalion Wolfe: 4/24/2017 2:10:41 PMYep the Beta should be a near final version bar some bug fixing and tweaking of weapon/ powers stats. There will be no major changes to the game at that stage, though you usually get the nonsense quote of "This is a beta and as such things may change before the final version". I usually find myself replying (to no-one in particular) well the bugs better be fixed for a start! Oddly they usually aren't. Which makes you wonder just what point these betas serve. I look over at Destiny year 1 and more recently Mass Effect Andromeda when I say that last line.
