they better add a new playable race.
and there better be atleast 1 new class on launch and 2 new subclasses.
also open planet patrols.
the ability to fly my own dropship.
combat in space involving my ship.
plenty of planets to explore.
more than just sparrows to use as transport.
npcs having actual uses *cough speaker cough*
companions that actually do stuff other than open doors.
that's all i got for now.

Considering we're apparently losing our current powers and getting new ones the second one should be guaranteed at least for the new subclasses. I don't think they'll throw in another archetype unless they allow the player to effectively convert their character (because someone would be bound to complain...)
