No Challenge Mode drops from Aksis Phase 2 [Ornaments or exotic primary]
Platform: Xbox One.
Description: I went through the weekly featured raid [Wrath of the Machine] and completed the raid up to Aksis Phase 2. Upon completion of the phase and challenge, all of the team were given 'Age of Triumph Ornament' and a random exotic primary related to the raid. Unlike my team, i did not gain any rewards other than normal and heroic drops. I did not complete the raid prior and did not do the challenge prior on this character (Hunter). Unfortunately, this has also happened on my Titan character a few days ago but not on my Warlock which i did earlier in the week.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch the feature weekly raid [Wrath of the Machine]
Complete all phases and challenges up to Aksis Pahse Two
Complete Challenge and Phase
No challenge drops, only raid heroic/normal drops

1 ReplyClarifications: My Age of Triumph Ornament stack was at 7 [Max Stack size is 10], so the ornament did not vanish due to the fact that I was full. Primary Slot on Hunter held no exotic primaries. I deleted the exotic drop from Vosik and carried none into the raid. Postmaster was not full and did not receive any exotic primary. Challenge was successful due to the fact that the rest of the fireteam did obtain ornaments and exotic primaries. The raid was not done prior and challenge was not done earlier.

2 RepliesYou can still try to do the challenge and get the challenge ornament and adept exotic as many times as necessary to complete, regardless of whether you've completed the heroic encounter.

Resolution: Re-do Challenge Mode again to obtain. Worked on Hunter.

1 ReplyWas it right after the reset? You usually have to log out and back in before you do things right after reset or it doesn't give you anything

2 RepliesMake sure you get all three slams/empowered in the last phase. Save damage till last slam then let him teleport to middle.

1 ReplyQuick things to check: do you already have 10 ornaments in your inventory? (Max is 10, so getting more means they simply vanish, not even to postmaster iirc) Also, regarding the adept reward, have you checked your postmaster? And/or is there even the slightest of possibilities you pulled a Duck and thought you didn't get anything when in fact you did, a repeat of a gun you had already gotten and earlier dismantled, but since your raid team took so long getting the challenge actually done, you forgot about dismantling it, so when you saw the gun in inventory, you didn't realize it was a separate reward? (Fun fact, that's what my group calls doing that, since I did that several times)

4 RepliesWell now i know people still believe bungie can give you loot. They can't. Challenge is not bugged. Get you supercharges in check. If he's low wait till supercharge to shoot.

That happened to me on ps4 too, nowt for doing the challenge, who cares tho huh? Wouldn't have minded the pulse or hand cannon never mind 1 raid a week is my limit.

Last week I died during an aksis damage phase, I left to go to the tower for ammo. I checked the post master and I had an exotic challenge mode weapon from the Vosik challenge that was one engram away from being deleted. If I hadn't have left to go to the tower I'd have lost it and would have never known about it. Exotic engrams seem to jump the queue when being stored at the post master.

2 RepliesHappened to me as well. It can happened if you damage Aksis when he is low health before the 3rd stun causing him to teleport back to the middle. Some players still got the challenge loot but a few of us didn't

2 RepliesSimilar thing happened to me, I recorded the entire Vosik battle weekly raid version and it never said challenge failed yet at the end none of my team members got any loot besides normal hardcore stuff. Ive gone over the recording and every time it shows no "challenge failed" in the bottom left.
