No loot drops from Atheon Challenge Mode
On my first time beating Atheon this week I got an exotic raid primary, but on both my 2nd and 3rd times killing Atheon this week, I have not gotten a single loot drop. No legendary weapon, armor, no exotic, no mythoclast, nothing.

Since you completed the 390 Vault of Glass already on your Hunter, the second and third completions did not provide loot.
