I spotted this guy while at the tower, I noticed that his hunter gear looked weird so I inspected him. His Spliced Nanomania gear had the Age of Triumph ornaments on it. I took a a look a t his whole profile and all of his characters are like this, the all have the new Age of Triumph version of the Wrath of the Machine gear. Idk if this is supposed to be possible or if the guy cheated somehow. I was under the impression that the AoT version was only available from the 390 WotM raid.
