Definitely for GameStop and it's branches (including EB Games), but for others you'll have to call and ask them.

Awesome, was just on the phone with EB Games (Australia btw) and they said they normally do get beta access with preorders, but hadnt heard anything yet. Not surprising though as the game was only announced last week.

You can either wait until they get their cards or preorder now and get a card later with your receipt. They are having some delays in Canada, too.
