Join In Progress
I love repeatedly joining games where the team I'm joining is getting their teeth kicked in, it's my favorite part of Destiny! The feeling I get being mercy'd before I even enter the match is one of sheer joy. I especially love it when I join in progress the losing team five of six games, this doesn't make me want to play other games at all. Keep up the non laziness Bungie!

Backfills should not be removed but backfills should be given minor rewards for filling in eg. Legendary engram. That way people are less salty about either getting connected to a shit game or having a man down because someone left

No that is due to people being poor sports and quitting mid match because they are losing so the match making now has a greater chance of filling a match because of people who get salty and leave mid match.
