I'd prefer a Cloak of the Sixth Reign or Ghost Angel but I've had no luck thus far

The stats for cloaks arent that important since they range from 20-25. My warlock is t12 and the bond is pretty bad.

Just get a Days of Iron or Dawning cloak (or other 3 defense items?) Because I think that when you infuse those items they change the stats as well. (not sure if this is true for all of them, but I do know that it is true for Days of Iron stuff)

Yes, stats do vary. But i dislike the cloak. Id rather takr fashion over faster cooldowns
