The recoil I can handle, the only problem I have is how the bolts grouping is huge. Even aiming down sights I have a hard time getting a shot to hit the enemy I'm aiming at. If Bungie could reduce the spread of the gun when aiming down sights it would help

The Vex should just be accurate when ADS. It can't afford to have RNG in its shots and remain a decent gun when it's already an auto rifle with travel time.
