Then go do something other than strikes for the extremely short time? It's the time it'd probably take your teammates to finish what they where doing, you could play a crucible match, finish a bounty, spend some time sorting your inventory/postmaster at the tower from the past 3 strikes. It's the people who load in and say"oh it's malok, I don't like malok, bye" that are who will be effected by this the most, they'll either have to tough it out or be forced to go do something else for a short period instead of instantly loading back into another strike.
