Just saw some gameplay for the xbox...that framerate is pretty bad.

Did you check the date on the video? Frame rate isn't that bad with this update; there's SIGNIFICANT improvements. Also, upon asking, one of the animators said that there's a SLIGHT difference in performance between the Xbox One and Xbox One S.
