seriously? it's not like i watched him spawn... in the first 3 engagements we were 50/50. he saw me at the same time that i saw him... I just won the engagements because I know my equipment better. I pre charged every time and beat him fair and square. the fourth one? he wasn't looking.... his bad. are you arguing that he wasn't prepared to fight because he had just spawned? nonsense. this occurred in January. he still had his fusion rifle ammo on respawn. he just got repeatedly served by a better player. I'm not the best... but he was awful. You're just butthurt because.... well.... Destiny.

You were actively sprinting towards known spawn areas. It's obvious. He was much worse than you and you were hoping for it. Which again, it's part of this broken pvp, so it's fine. Justify it however you need to, if it makes you feel strong. Then you actually made a video looking for everyone to tell you how awesome and funny you are. Someday, maybe you won't need other people to feel good about yourself. Enjoy those clicks and likes though. Have a good one.

This by definition is not spawn killing. He would have to be at the spawn point as Evaneezer23 was spawning in for it to be a spawn kill. As soon as Evaneezer23 moves out of the spawn he's fair game. The whole point of a spawn kill is that the opposing player has no chance to defend himself thus making it a douche move. That was not on display in the OP's video.
