I have over 150 exotic engrams and also have some of the best roll weapons and armor in Destiny you could ever have. Also have over 5k hours in the game. I can't see any need for vault space unless you are hoarding engrams like me of are keeping some absolute crap weapons and armor.

Because he wants to. Only difference is he knows its his fault hid vault is full and could easily clear up space but chooses not to but doesnt complain cuz he knows how to manage his shit.
