He's a demagogue who pretends like he's got a plan in order to confuse simple people into supporting his crazy ideas. He's exactly like Hitler, but there's nothing special about Hitler. Hitler just chose the easiest way to pollitical power - rile up the proles. Its not like he was the first to come up with the idea. Dumb people don't do as well as smart people, so when someone comes along and tells them its not cos they're dumb, its cos of Mexicans, or Jews or whatever, they can't wait to get on board.
