Not receiving iron gjallarhorn with collection purchase
Hi. I purchased destiny the collection on my ps4 via playstation store but when I recently unlocked the gjallarhorn from the quest I did not receive the iron gjallarhorn skin for it. I was wondering if this was supposed to be the case or if there was any workaround to get just the iron skin for it too. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance. I'm hoping someone will get to this post so whether it be a player or a person who is from destiny support or the like. Against thank you if this issue I'm having can be resolved soon

Hi, in order to land the iron Gjallarhorn or Gjallarwing sparrow you had to have pre-ordered the rise of iron expansion, unless you happened to pick up a special edition from the store. However, I happen to believe you only have the standard ROI as you would have received the weapon skin and sparrow as soon as you logged on post downloading the expansion. Sorry for the bad news, there is no way to add the collectables to a purchased DLC but if you really want them you could file for mis-purchase or get a refund before going out to your local game store to see if you can find a disk copy of the ROI which has these collectables with them.

The iron skin is only if you preorder rise of iron

The Iron skins were pre-order bonus items and would have been in the postmaster when RoI was released not once you unlocked the G-Horn.

Edited by RedPhoenix HD: 2/21/2017 8:57:31 PMIf you purchased it digitally from the PS store online, then the main question would be "when" since the "iron" versions were pre-order bonuses only. If you bought it after launch it won't give you the license for the "iron" versions. If you happened to buy the disc version with a code inside the case (old stock), you may still be lucky enough to receive it by entering the code.
