It's not that sidearms are outclassing other specials right now, they are simply the only option if you'd rather just play and not worry about gathering ammo the whole match. There was so much more variety before patch. We are playing bungies way now

I did very well with nightstalker: thorn and sniper actually. If you actually think there is more variety (especially in trials) now you are delusional.
