https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/222418147?sort=0&page=0 They hear a small amount of people saying that other health regen perks shouldn't pass by the Hungering Blade nerf, and ignore the large amount of people saying that the entire nerf was stupid. Also, he continues to speak for the community even though it's quite clear he doesn't know quite what he's talking about. "It's annoying to lose all of your progress". I don't think I've seen anybody who wasn't a whining nerfherder already (and those people will complain about almost anything) complain about health regen. We need some people in the balance squad that actually play the game. A public testing sandbox with a feedback option would be golden. These people we have quite clearly don't know much about this game.
