Nova Mortis completion
I completed the quest but there is still a waypoint over Ikora's head. Also I am hoping it is just a bug that it does not give me a credit toward rise of iron exotics in the score card :)

Note that Commander Zavala [i]will not[/i] have a waypoint directing players to speak with him.
