Don't know if Bungie nerfed the shadowshot after the hunter nerf but I've been hitting enemys with supers active (sunbreakers/ bladedancers/ stormcallers/ gunslingers/ radiance) in the chest and seen the/ heard it activate but only tethering the enemy after I've been killed by the super. On the same note I've had a active tether on the ground being destroyed by enemy fist of havoc. So my question is 'has the tether reverted back to how it was before?'
