Getting kicked out by party leader
Anyone here ever been through experiences like these, where you get kicked out of a party simply because you're not the max light? I don't mean times where you're looking for a 400 for the raid, I mean for stuff like VoG or Crota, or even King's Fall if you're 330+ now. If you're not unnecessary max light, you're getting kicked. I think it comes to show just how crazy some players think about the game, and it always pisses me off when someone does that, but their loss, a lot of us know how to play the game and do the raids, but simply because you're not max light, or near max light. Pathetic.

If you're using old raid gear for fun during an old raid run fine. But if your MAXIMUM light isn't 400 by now, you don't play the game enough to be trusted to raid with. That's my opinion.

That's why I don't go to lfg for teams I'll just text a few friends and we'll run through old raids for fun

The leader got angry because his ideas caused the team to fail when he tried out mine the raid encounter succeeded. As you can I see I knew what I was talking about according to my emblem. What I am getting it is no matter the reason lots of players these days lack the ability to work as a team and lack to the ability to respect each other. Ex look at all the fail raid videos teams failed due to lack of teamwork, collaboration with each other and patience. I once addressed a player about it who did the same to my friend. Later that player who did that to my friend cursed at me non stop even though he had no raid completions. Which very well can be a answer why players don't raid anymore and the low raid completions on Playstation and Xbox not because players cant do the raid. Pretty obvious what I am getting at

In just two clicks you can get in contact with people who do not care about levels. But there is more, if you change your tags right now, you'll have the change of gaming with not 2, not 3, not 4 but 5 people to do raids with. What are you waiting for? Change your tags right now and all of your troubles will be just a minor disturbance from the past.
