Gen 42 with tone and I don't give a chit what anyone thinks.
I like to win and will use whatever gets me that win. If you don't like it there is a bucket for your crying eyes.

Dashing, blocking, occasionally meleeing, and timing those phase dashes. Hell, legion takes more positioning than tone.

Guess you haven't played ronin much. DPS of melee is so garbage until you hit sword core, I honestly feel bad for ronins who spam melee. Pit me against any of them and I'll be surprised if they bring me past half health. Ronins melee is awful. Use the shotgun.

I'd definitely not be able to take on Tone if I didn't consider the situation first. I'm not giving you a tutorial on how to use Ronin's abilities precisely to take down Legion or Tone. I don't know why you think I'm crying because I find Tone boring to play.

I like to win. But I also prefer to feel like I won. Not to put in a lousy effort and win for it, that's what tone offers and it kinda disappoints the experience. Shooting three times and pressing the ordnance button gets old fast man.

They spam, but movement and placement is way more meaningful for Ion and Ronin than it is for tone.

Your DPS with the sword when its not in core is absolute garbage. Ronin has to worry about moving around to avoid shots, and sword blocking as a last resort. Tone? Set down your particle wall that can eat a whole salvo core and shoot three times and press ordnance. Its so much easier than any other titan in the game. Least amount of decision making and effort.

She doesn't have to worry about cover due to her particle wall, and while I'm not saying she's OP and dominating I'm saying her playstyle rewards much less effort than any other titan.
