400 light level what does it mean?
Do I get the keys to the city
Do I gat to tour the strip clubs of house devils ?
Do I get to throw the cryptarch off the tower?
Do I get to play knuckles with the cabal ?
Do I get time off work ?
Do I get time do a crap ?
Do I get the golden handshake from the big guy from above ?
Do I get the chance to tell the vanguards to go & suck it
Do get time to spend with mara sov & by the way she is still alive
Do I get to become legendary oh wait that still pending

To be 400 light means absolutely nothing, you can still get little 330 light being able to kill you in PVP as if they where 400 too, by rights , if 400 light meant anything, they should be weaker or slower the lower their light is but it's not there case.
