I appreciate the comments. However you are coming off pretty rude. I was bringing up, what I believe to be an issue. You must know that I am not the only one who is experiencing this problem. As far as your suggestion that I should go play another game because I can't deal with shotgunners...you are way out of line. Did you just come here to be grumpy and tell them "dang kids to get off my lawn", because that's how you're coming off. I appreciate you suggestions about how to deal with shotgunners (I can't believe I haven't thought of that in 2 years now /s), but the whole point of the post was that Bungie would prefer you to use a secondary, hence why they give you more point for those secondary kills (according to the bounty). This is a flawed logic in Bungie's thinking and promotes shotgun rushing type gameplay. I know you're already trying to think of some rebuttal, but do yourself a favor and stop and reread the original post, without any assumption that I have a problem dealing with shotgunners. I actually have a problem with the foundation of that bounty and the gameplay it promotes.

Bungie wants people to run around with secondaries? Ok let me ask you how much ammo does universal remote hold? And now how much does a secondary shotgun hold ?primaries are primary that's why they r only one point heavy you get once a game henceforth 5 points [spoiler]unversal remote has 25 ish bullets matador holds 14 uvmote has more range and is a better shotty depending on the roll[/spoiler]

As soon as I saw your name pop up on my phone "JaxonRush replied on Bungie", boy I knew I was in for a treat. I truly don't understand why you are trying to make this a shotgun centered argument. Your cherry picking weapons to try to prove your point, whatever point that may be. I can, and do, go entire games without ever running out of ammo for my fusion. If I wear boots and chest fusion gear, I spawn with 17 (i believe) rounds in my Stellar Vestige. And when I run sidearm I spawn with ammo every time I die! I don't understand what the pushback is all about, you know just as well as I do that secondaries run the crucible. And Bungie has a bounty that encourages this type of play. Whether it is on purpose or not, I cannot say. The current meta is as follows: Any class: Clever Dragon, Shotgun (matador, party crasher), and heavy. OR Storm Caller: Extended melee, shotgun, any primary (most likely Clever Dragon) Stricker Titan: Juggernaut, shotgun, (Clever Dragon, Last word), Twilight Garrison Nightstalker Hunter: Wombo combo, Shotgun, Shadestep. You can't argue with that. 80% of people in your next lobby will be some combination of the above, and that is a huge problem. I don't want anything, and I mean anything nerfed. I just want to have variety. I just cleaned my vault and I still have 92 weapons in there, and I use only a handful of them, otherwise it's gonna be real stressful and not fun in the crucible if I use non-competitive weapons.
