It's the only melee that can miss. Perhaps you could put a 5 second cool down on the melee for a miss and allow us to use it again without having to recharge?
The penalty for a miss is so extreme, it makes you not want to bother with the STRENGTH stat on Gunslinger at all.
And I understand the range... but I mean look at Thunderstrike. It has a range of 26 miles and can't miss.

Lol I agree with your point, but I don't think giving it basically unlimited access is the answer. Buff its damage a bit so it's better at cleaning up kills.
