When do I stop getting green engrams
I created a hunter about a week ago; bumped him to lvl 25 using the item from the digital something-edition, then quickly went to lvl 40 in a few days using bounties and a few quests. Got him to light 312 right away thanks to all the stuff I had stashed.
And it's been a few days and I still get mostly green engrams when looting. In fact my 3rd char, a lvl 20 titan seems to get more blue engrams than the hunter.
How does this work exactly - what do the engram drops depend on? I thought greens almost stop appearing at lvl 40.

You never stop getting them. Once you reach level 40, greens will automatically dismantle into armour materials

Short answer: never Long answer: once you reach level 40 they will auto dismantle into armor or weapon parts when you pick them up.

Well in that case maybe the question could be why doesn't my warlock get almost any greens anymore? haven't seen one in weeks on that char.

They are actually giant skittles. Taste the rainbow.

They still drop at a regular rate. I wouldn't worry about it as at lv40 they should just transfer to armour materials or weapon parts.

2 RepliesYou never stop getting greens. It used to stop at around level 40, but they now added them back into the drop table for everyone to give people a constant source of armor and weapon materials.
