Funny thing is that it has a higher chance of dropping than most people think, its roughly 11% since 8 other guns are on the loot table. There is a higher chance of getting icebreaker in a week than it is to get a Shadow Price or a Comedian from the vanguard package because that loot table has over a dozen weapons on it
