I totally get where you're coming from, but personally I like the excitement of not knowing when I'll get it. And when I finally do get it it's a great feeling because it's a surprise. This game is about getting loot, that's the goal, to get better gear than you had before, and back in year 1, getting that loot felt great because you grinder for it and you finally got it, plus it was exiting because you didn't know when you were getting it.
