Bug : an ally's song of flame wearing off while you are in radiance can cancel the effects of your own radiance

A few of my clanmates were doing a challenge where they were attempting to kill aksis with 3 people without using guns. This involved using 3 sunsingers with song of flame and fusion grenades. During the final stand with aksis, one of my clanmates popped radiance just before someone else's song of flame buff ran out. Due to losing the song of flame buff, his grenade recharge slowed to a crawl, despite radiance still being active, making him lose the benefit of being in radiance. This caused them to fail the final stand. Its not supposed to work like that. See the video above starting at 15:55. I am not surprised this has never been discovered before considering how few people use song of flame. Pleas acknowledge this bug. Thanks.
