Dark Souls get or nah?

Never played any of them but I've seen gameplay. Looks fun. Should I start at the beginning or just get 3? And what's up with this bloodbourne game? Edit: Thanks for all the great input. I think I'll pick up a used copy of the first game and see how it goes. Really appreciate all the positivity in this thread.

  • The first one you play is always gonna be hardest unless you go straight from DkS1 to Bloodborne. That transition is tough because Bborne wants you to play in a more active/aggressive way. DkS3 is probably the most nub friendly. Bborne is amazing. It'll get testy at times, but it's still pretty dope. DLC is pretty dank too. Couple of my favorite boss fights probably ever. Maybe... Mechanically, I like 1>2 but 1 feels a bit more clunky. 2 had better PvP. The counterpoint to thay is there's this thing called Soul Memory in 2. Zzzzz.... Never played DLC for either so no comment there. And then there's Demons. Drop your drawers and reach for the sky because you're shit's gonna get stretched wide and there's nothing you can do about it. All I have to say about Demons.
