Pretty simple one tbh. Place both her mech suit health bar and her Dva health bar on the screen at the same time. Whenever she is hit with a crit in her mech suit, it deals a small extra portion of damage directly to her small health bar (due to her crit spot being her head in her suit). If enough damage is dealt to her crit spot, she can be killed outright without being able to hop out of it. Thoughts?
Edit: I guess I should elaborate. I'm not talking about anything drastic, I'm thinking if 85% of her health is dealt as crits then she would outright be killed. Any healing would also apply directly to her mech suit and her personal health bar, which would easily negate the change. It places a stronger emphasis on her using her defense matrix in a smarter, and hence more "defensive" way, rather than jumping into the middle of 5 enemies and serving as a sponge to all the damage. It also makes the slightest amount of coordination with a healer more incumbent, which wouldn't be difficult to achieve but still provide another layer of depth.

Having the largest crit size in the game, she definitely does not need this change. This will severely effect her. Most cases will leave her at about 50-100 health, since basically no one misses the crit spot unless theyre behind D.Va. Edit: and what exactly makes you think she needs a rebalance? Shes in a perfect spot right now.

I would like it if winstons gun could shock her mech so she took some damage, like 2/3 of the normal damage of his gun. So then winston actually has a chance against a diva.

Please no. She already has the crit box the size of a barn, it's the biggest in the game. That would effectively remove her second life mechanic altogether. I would rather not see her to back to being worthless.

She's not particularly broken right now, she was near unplayable (but still I saw so many try) before the most recent buff in comparison to other tanks. If we're trying to focus on a balance problem, we need to get soldier balanced first. His ult can put out 1000 pinpoint damage at any range with no boosts, [u]without[/u] using helix. (Given he shoots the whole duration and nothing is blocked. But usually the amount wasted sprinting or blocked is made up for by mercy, zen, or Ana damage increases.) That's not to say Dva wouldn't be next in the chopping block. I think we just might need to cut a little damage so she can't 1v1 zarya and win half the time anymore. The crit box is huge and this change would make her obsolete in higher level play again.
