Legacy disc upgrade

I have Destiny on 360 on disc. I just got an Xbox One. How do I upgrade the cheapest way? I've learned that the Collection Upgrade is supposedly the only way. But is this something different I need to purchase as opposed to just the Collection? Where do I buy the "upgrade"? Links online have taken me to the Microsoft store but the page no longer exists. Neither can I find an "upgrade" on the Xbox One marketplace. Just the regular Collection. Thanks in advance. :)

On the XB1, go to the games section and search for Destiny ... it should show two options. One should be marked as the Legacy console upgrade option (if your gamertag is the one that actually owned Destiny on the 360). If your gamertag isn't the rightful owner of Destiny and TTK then you won;t be able to buy the legacy upgrade package. You will have to buy the Collection, whether the Legacy Upgrade package or the Full version, regardless. It's the best option since you will require to buy the base game, TTK and ROI at the very least, since they don't transfer.
