FWC Champion of the Cult Not Progressing
So, after reading plenty of posts trying to figure out a solution, I've come up empty handed. Any advice or assistance at all would be helpful.
None of the quest Champion of the Cult is progressing with my current set up. I am using
Eon Tracer Cloak
Nineveh 8611
Sigil of the Coming War
I am aware of the past issue with spektar gear, and the rumor that you need to be wearing a FWC armor piece. In response, I am wearing the Eon Tracer Mask, but it still is not progressing. Please, any help would be appreciated.
Also, I don't know if this info is helpful, but I've already completed the Dead Orbit exotic cloak quest on my hunter, and it worked fine. So, I don't know.

Keep opening packages until you get a Spektar class item. Then it will work.

2 Repliesyou need year 2 cloak equipped not year 3 cloak keep opening packages and you'll get one of the old cloaks then equip it and you'll be fine

1 ReplyHey ColoringClover9, Some of the Year 3 Class Items are currently bugged, and while using them you will not be able to gain progress towards this quest. Bungie is aware of this issue and they are investigating. You can get around this by using a Year 1 or 2 Faction Class Item if you have one. If not, you can also try to get the Year 2 SPEKTAR Variant from the Chroma Rank Up Package. The bugged Class Items appear to only be the ones that grant bonus Crucible Reputation. If you have one, try it out!
