Hello BloodyKlaus, Unfortunately Bungie is aware the Rise of Iron Faction Class Items are not working for the Exotic Faction Class Item Quests, Bungie is investigating. Year 2 or Spektar Faction Class Items will still work for the quest. The Chroma rank up packages from your faction is where you can try to get a Spektar Faction Class Item.
