We need a right, and proper fairy.. Let's go.. Blue skin, maybe pink, a long green/blue dress, and a small white twig as a wand. Maybe some long dark blue, or black hair. The eyes could either be glossed over in a black, or pink color, or just normal looking. On its back, the dress is low cut, so the wings could be there. Tinkerbell wings pretty much. Typing would probably be either pure Fairy, or Fairy/Dark, the Dark coming from a habitat in a cave maybe, or just due to the name. Name would be Fleegul, a twist on the word Fliegel, which I believe is a type of fairy (that or it might've just been made up by Disney). Size would probably be about as big as Floette. If it evolves, then this'd be the last evolution. Its Mega Evolution would make it glow yellow/white, give it four extra wings (Seraphim style), and cause it to levitate a few glowing white rocks around it. The typing would change from Fairy/Dark, to Fairy/Psychic.
