To all the Titans out there, you guys should definitely try this build if you can. I've been using it in the Crucible and having a blast! Class Perks: Titan Codex II or III, Titan Codex VI, Headstrong (All other perks are up to you) Loadout: MIDA Multi-Tool w/ Lightweight perk (I recommend a shotgun and a rocket launcher for your other weapons) Exotic Armor: Dunemarchers With this build, you get high agility from the Codexes and perks from your class and MIDA, as well as base speed boost from MIDA and faster sprint speed from Headstrong and Dunemarchers. The speed you can move at with this build is just crazy. And of course, if you have Memory of Jolder it definitely helps.
