Srsly bungie?????
I bought something from festival of the lost and it's been 3 days from my purchase and still didn't get the code for freaking resurrection emblem and now you are rewarding ppl with that!!???? Where is my code???? And yes i know i must contact costumer service but they are not REPLYING FOR 3 DAYS NOW!!!!!

1 ReplyStill haven't gotten mine yet either. Well... here is a thought. Maybe we can fight it through the credit card company. All we have to do is dispute the charges because they didn't deliver all as promised. Perhaps Bungie not being able to process credit cards because they can't get their poop straight will help them process this faster. That is what the credit card company with threaten them with. Listen Bungie... I love this game. Dearly. Just fix this please. -fryer

7 RepliesCustomer service for the Bungie store can take a rather long time to reply back to inquiries. After I ordered my pins and soundtrack when RoI came out, it took about a week for me to receive a reply and then another three days before I got my codes proper. As you can expect with a limited edition Emblem code up for grabs, the store is understandably busy trying to fill all of the orders and your request may have slipped through the cracks. Fear not, you will get your code, but it will be a bit late. Have patience and things will come. I hope this helps you.

You're not alone. I had purchased a pin to get the emblem. Received an email confirming the order. The order confirmation email stated second email would arrive within 24 hrs with the emblem code. as of right now it's ~96hrs later and the emblem code email has yet to arrive.
