It is absolutely intended that average players do not get to have the superblack shader. There is nothing to fix there.

So...two very popular posts on here got me thinking. Everyone likes to feel a sense of achievement for thier efforts in game, so I ask you all to think about this statement and appreciate that to some people....keeping thier raisins was special to them and exciting to find that they meant something. Not everyone gets to go to the lighthouse and thats fair, the game doesn't hand out scarab just for participating. And you can't buy scarab for 25 motes of light...but after a year of wonder and waiting?...you just saved yourself 25 motes 😉 I'm not upset by this but it would've been fair if it had remained special for those that saved them. Thank you for reading if you did and an even bigger thank you if you go away and think about it. ☺

  • See everyone seems to think bungie had this plan all along. To string you along for a whole year, under the assumption that your raisins were worth keeping... The raisins were a joke. Any person who has ever gone trick or treating with common sense, saw that right away. Eris was that person who handed out apples or freakin toothpaste to kids on Halloween... They literally decided to make them worth something after the fact. They were intended to be tossed out like you would have done in real life.
