Missing Silver Yet Again... *gasp*
Yet again, I have tried to purchase silver for the Festival of the Lost and to my surprise (not...) it did not show up in my balance. It would be one thing if this was the first time and it was resolved in a timely fashion. But I have only ever had Silver work properly once when purchasing and every other time I had to get a refund from Microsoft and just play the game without the cool limited time items. This time Microsoft is refusing to refund because I have too many refunds on my account. If this is not dealt with I will most likely be seeking legal action because it is just pathetic that we all have to go through this.

I bought $40 worth of silver in 2 different transactions with no issues, but then again I did purchase it on a ps4..

2 RepliesI bought $10 of silver just last night, and I received mine. I however went directly in the Xbox store, not through the game. It [i]might[/i] be worth it to attempt to buy $5 of silver directly through Xbox if you haven't already. Just to see if you get it.

4 RepliesDid you use the link in-game or buy it directly from the XBL store on the console under add-ons? Have you tried shutting down and unplugging power from your console for 10 minutes to clear all connection and data cache's? After that plug it in and try again. Balances are issued when you first log in to Destiny.
