OK...ok...I get it...im a collector, and love having different armor sets and cool stuff. Some call it hoarding...and maybe so. However, its getting the point where playing is starting to feel like cleaning my house. My characters are encumbered...I am pretty sure the postmaster is giving my stuff to the sweeper bot to console him until he gets his damn broom back... Please...increase the vault space!!! Infinite slots would be great...but anything you do would be better than the current situation...
Very respectfully,

Keep it up and Bungie will start offering vault space pages through Eververse...
-
There's nothing wrong with collecting, but I have to imagine that Bungie's fighting memory constraints to give us as much as we have already.
-
srsly, i can only run 1 set of int/disc/str on each character or i wont have enough space for my reload gloves/extra ammo/burns/subclass armor. i srsly hate this system in which i'm punished for trying to be a versatile player... also i have several pve and pvp guns of each type and archetype, it's so bad that i even threw away some exotics.

Bump
HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP
I cleared out nearly all my old stuff... Even though some items were still crucible relevant. Keeping my raid gear... 4 sets And then there are 3 sets of IB gear.. 2 sets of ToS Thats 9 sets of gear... For 3 characters, not including exotics, or the really nice legendary gear.. That's not really hoarding.. It's my trophy case. The only items that are not currently viable (they are still so in their respective raids) Would be the year 1/2 raid gear. Some of which I did well over 100 raids before they dropped

No
Only with a purchase of 500 silver

and your first born child
Edited by TURI3O: 10/27/2016 2:37:52 PMI agree that we need more vault space. After cutting out legacy consoles I don't understand why this hasn't happened yet especially on the release of another DLC. But in the mean time I recommend using DIM or Tower Ghost with your browser, this allows you to see the quality of gear you have been holding onto which makes it much easier to pick and choose what to dismantle. Chances are your holding onto some really horrible rolls that aren't worth keeping.

Edited by Sniper: 10/27/2016 2:41:05 PMI maxed my vault space yesterday for my guns... You know what I did?
I deleted 30 of my guns!
I only keep guns that are completely unobtainable. Like Jewel of Osiris. But stuff like Fatebringer gets deleted.
-
It's the fact I have nothing to spend my marks on that bothers me, I can't clear my fault because it would be a waste of marks. Either rotate the vendors weapons rolls or have no limit on marks.
-
When the dlc came out Bungie said that they were working on a vault solution (whatever that means) but it wouldn't be ready to ship with the dlc There will be something soon but not yet so stop your whining and learn to read
-
I say maybe add more kiosks but for gear sets to save space like at least all raid, trials, and iron banner gear you have previously gotten should be available for purchase with glimmer and treat them like treasure gear that doesn't give you marks on deletion. Just so I can delete all the shit I never use but I can get it back when ever I want with a little glimmer farm.
-
Does anybody else's vault seem to fill beyond the spaces available?
-
Why can't they just make a damn Kioske for all legendary items you've earned. Then vault space would never be an issue.
-
The only time I've filled my vault is when I purposely stored legendaries for the launch of RoI. Other than that it's been pretty clean.
-
I support larger vaults but not for hoarding old useless crap like vog armor and 170 gear
-
Edited by PapaSubpar: 10/27/2016 3:17:59 PMDo it now! Oh!... and let us keep the damn broom!
-
Just watch some videos from year one that show the amount of vault space back then and you'll feel great about how much we have now.
-
Yes, now.
-
Just delete stuff. They are virtual items, so finally getting rid of stuff won't hurt your well-being
-
That will be 1000 silver per slot
-
Bump Getting really annoying playing tetris each time I need to move a weapon. "If this one goes here I'll have enough space to move that one there and then I'll be able to transfer gally there"
-
The vault space should be able to fit 1 of ever armor/ weapon that have been created so far...
-
Let it gooo, let it goooooo.

Maybe they could make a Raid Gear/Weapons Kiosk where the gear/weapons you've already obtained can be obtained again if you delete it. Pieces could cost what they do in Marks for the legendary engrams from the Cryptarch and the roll would be rng and light level equal to what exotics from the kiosk drop at.
