First of all, this is my opinion so, Internet, please be gentle... Now, I will not address subclass balance, and actually, subclass balance is ok right now. In short, buff primaries, remove bloom on HCs, and buff other primaries up to this level, don't need HCs. Now for the words... I will base this post around handcannons: Obviously, please remove RNG gunfights/ghost bullets/accuracy or whatever you want to call it. This WILL make HCs the most dominant primaries, BUT, the answer to this is not another nerf. Buff other primaries up to this level! This will, in turn, reduce the power of shotguns as shotgun rushers will be gunned down far more easily, eliminating the need for another damn nerf. Of course, it is impossible to have true balance, and there will always be a meta. But apart from extreme cases, please don't make constant nerfs the answer. [EDIT3] TLW is not the main focus of this post, all replies are about TLW atm. Exotics, at least some, should be better than top legendaries. -TLW-the removal of bloom will make TLW very strong, quite rightly. It would be nice to see hipfire having a use too, considering this is what the gun is built around. -Thorn-a slight buff to range, unless of course range is no longer fundamental to bullets actually hitting the target. -Of course not all exotics will be strong (pvp), partially due to what types of guns are strongest. (Connection based matchmaking may help SOMEwhat) [EDIT2] Most people's issues with this post is the indirect buff to TLW. That is not important, I am not dating it directly shud be buffed.
