The Genesis Chain is an amazing crowd control weapon in PvE and a very decent option for even competitive PvP. I feel like the low rate of fire archetype is underused in all content. I personally love these archetypes especially with focused fire because it seems to add a precision feel for a class of weapon that was once dominated by bullet hoses such as the Doctrine of Passing. With high impact and range that surpasses those of many auto rifles I feel like many guardians are missing out since they never attempted to get good with it. The focused firefly is also a very good touch to the weapon as it assists in crowd control in PvE and also for multikilling purposes in PvP. I would like to know everyone's thoughts on the Genesis Chain.

I love my Genesis Chain, its my go to WotM weapon. The foucsed fire with the already high damage make it a force to be rekoned with, especialy in the raid against fallen. Foucused firely makes it an awesome ad clearing machine, its great in the vosik and aksis fight.

It replaced my hung jury in pve. It is easy to use, has firefly and has alot of sustained dps per clip. I like it. I didnt try it in pvp yet. Not a style of weapon I have experience with.

Pretty good. Gave it to my titan after getting it on my hunter. Had to get used to the recoil pattern, but once I did. 👌 works like a beast in PvE. Especially on taken Psions.

I like it for pve but for pvp, my shadow price is just too good.

I'm not an auto rifle person but i love it. I use it on vosik all the time. I'm not a pvp player, or not a good one at least, and on certain maps it's awesome. Last iron banner i was on the map with the servitor in the middle, the one where the bodies float, and I focus fireflied 4 people in a row in one of the narrow corridors. I felt a little less scrubby that day lol

I would also like to hear from people in replies about what they think of the weapon.
