Should fps stop keeping records of our k/d and other stats?
At least give us an option to turn it off. But would it make the games more fun?

You shouldn't be able to see your teammates' k/d, but you should be able to see your own. It's a more valuable stat than people think. It depends on the game and gamemode though. In a game like Overwatch, I'm fine without my k/d being broadcasted, but in Halo, for example, I'm going for kills.
