Why can't silver dust be turned into or exchanged for silver? Seriously, let's say you can exchange 30 silver dust for 100 silver? Before you guys say I'm cheap or entitled or anything hear me out on this idea. What you can do with silver dust is pretty limited right now. You can buy a Sparrow that is slightly overpriced, rep boosters that are useful but can be obtained through normal means, a few lenses that aren't to amazing for regular play, dusty iron engrams that aren't bad and use them for ornaments, which will be changed for most armor related ones here soon. So what happens when you have all the ornaments you want or everything you feel the need to have from silver dust? It gets stockpiled until we get a few new ornaments. But why not allow it to be exchanged for actual Silver? Obviously not in a broken way that makes silver unnecessary to actually buy but not obserdly over priced in an exchange. So a good amount could be exchanging about 30 silver dust to obtain 100 silver. Seeing we get 1 Radiant treasure per week that equals to 5 silver dust basically because of the guaranteed ornament. So it would take up to 6 weeks to be able to obtain 100 silver, 12 weeks to have enough for a package of any sort. For those using microtransactions it would equal out to spending 1200 silver in radiant treasures to get 100 back. I also know 3 months to be able to buy anything sounds like a long time but a system like this would have to keep microtransactions as the more efficient way to obtain silver, while keeping it from being broken to the point where you get what you need and have a lot of silver left over. What do you guys think of this idea? What do you guys think of Silver, Silver Dust and microtransactions in general?
