I have spent the last 2 hrs or better sitting in patrols waiting for a warsat with other people scouting as well, not a songle warsat mission has dropped. It is the last part of the sleeper stimulant quest that i need to progress. Have the warsat missions on mars been removed? I have also tried checking the destiny public event website, and each time that it would say Warsat, it would not show up or even darken the sky as if to say its possible, and there wasnt enough people in the area to have a public event incoming.
