They could stop the streamers from doing carries simply by banning it. The streamers are getting money through bungie's product so it would be easy to do a law suit.

Seems like a bit of an over exaggeration. However please link me a number of how many businesses don't sponsor themselves through advertisement, then tell me what is twitch? In short how I see is as a massive advertising site, for gaming in particular. Of course bungie doesn't want their game to "look bad on stream" or "to streamers" because that's essentially free advertising for their game that they would of lost. I really don't see why people get so mad about it. This is capitalism and is what our market is built on. It's not like they are monopolizing their game, they are just helping those who help them once again a basic construct of society.

Cos they are wankers. They need to fix the lag first and foremost! You have streamers carrying scrubs and account recovery guys playing on bad players accounts. I got 5-0'd in trials by a team consisting of a 0.3,0.5,0.7 trials kd. And the lighthouse is not for the average they say lol.
