Here's another thought about trials:
Right now, Trials is the least competitive game mode for every pro team out there because of missing SBMM. Every good player knows this simple fact.
Why is the only game mode that can be considered as "competitive" the least competitive game mode for the best players?

Trials is by far the most casual playlist for those with decent stats. I can't play a game of regular crucible without it being a sweat fest due to SBMM, but Trials is so much easier.

This exactly...playing solo in normal crucible is a pain.

I think zone control and skirmish are also considered competitive

Let's just say that Trials is intended to be THE most competitive mode. Yet it's the least for elite teams.

That's why I'm saying modes like skirmish, clash, and zone control are the competitive modes for the elite who compete in tourneys

Nah that's never going to happen, no way every single match will be even every time, idk, I do feel for the little guy though I guess tiers would work

It just needs to be way more even than it is right now to make it challenging but doable for everyone. I know nothing will change...but we're here to discuss things and maybe Bungie will take a few shots to make the gaming experience better.

Adding ranks like overwatch should work, but then the elitist would complain that they are diamond and don't get anything for it. This community is way to broad, it's impossible to please everybody. Sadly bungie listens to the 1% streamers instead of the 99%

Idk I don't have experience with that, I don't seem to have problems with it, I stomp I get stomped, I go flawless this week I don't that week. I guess I'm in that happy medium.

That's the point. No one should get 0-5ed or 5-0 another team because of an extremely large skillgap in Trials. It should be doable but hard every match, that's what competitive means. Most top tier teams rush through a card like a breeze...hell, some of them even do it 2v3 because they get mat hed with teams way below their skill all the time. It's not competitive for them at all...It's a joke tbh.

Because they're the best. Jesus christ man, it's like saying why aren't the new England Patriots going up against better competition? Because there's only so many really good teams. Also I used the Patriots because they're cheaters like some people In trials

Huh? They don't even get mat hed against other top tier teams most of the time...it's like putting the Patriots against some High School Teams. It's not competitive for them at all. If they're the best, they should be matched against the next best, not against low or mid tier teams.
