More Queen's Wrath Reputation methods!
Right to the launch of Rise of Iron much new gear was introduced and the light level of older ones has been increased and so has the Queen's Wrath armor. Right now there are only limited methods to increase the reputation and these methods only give a small amount of rep.
These methods are 1) Doing the Queen's Wrath bounties which give you 1000 rep per week (3 weeks for one rank up) and 2) Using etheric light (1=150 rep) to slowly rank up.
Therefore it would take several month to complete an armor set for one character and even up to a year with really bad rng or if you want decent rolls on the armor pieces.
My suggestions would be to make the Queen's Wrath bounties daily instead of weekly, adding more bounties(from 3 to maybe 5), increasing the amount of rep per week(1k to 3k - more difficult to complete?) or adding new ways to gain the needed reputation.
Let me know what you think and write down how the Queen's Wrath Reputation system could be improved and perhaps Bungie picks up some ideas and includes them in future updates.

If you try to do this on all three characters here are the consequences: 1: Skolas kills you 2: Orbiks Prime eats you 3: Zydron throws you into the Black Garden 4: You can't go back to the Reef 5: Lengthy court cases ending with your exile from all three social spaces 6: A knife in your spine, paralyzing you, and then locked away in the prison with some Hive 7-8: Servitor ball follows you in every mission and pummels you to death

I'm thinking shared rep between all 3 characters is the way to go. then at least you can get one piece of gear per week, and they're still is some grind to leveling queens wrath.

I'm a little salty, I deleted my warlock and made another Titan to have more chances at getting the helmet and all I've gotten are FOUR class items and then boots.

I post this every time I see a Queens Guard post: Lower rank up from 3000 to 2500 to put it in line with the other factions. Go back to HoW era bounties, 3 Weekly bounties, 3 Daily.

5 RepliesNot sure if people know this but you can pick up the House of Wolves quest line from the kiosk and run through the missions and get rep that way. It still takes a while but it sure beats waiting a week to get those 30 points to rank up.

2 RepliesMaking the queens bounties daily instead of weekly would be the easy fix. Or if she sold class items that boosted the rep that would be nice to. So far I only got the Titan chest piece, for some reason it's the only character I have the bounties, I don't remember how to unlock them lol

Something needs to be done, its been far too long since QW has had any love. Making Wolf packs instead of Taken in certain locations would make a lot of people very happy as Taken are boring as hell to fight, wheras fighting the wolves and then having to find the chest was a lot more fun. Maybe add an effect to the QW class item where you either get Rep for QW for killing Fallen, or you get it instead of Vaguard rep or something.

Just bring back the queens wrath event. I'd honestly take it over festival of the lost, crimson doubles etc. It was underrated imo and was just criticised so much because at that particular period in time the destiny hate was at its peak.

1 ReplyIt's way too difficult to rank up in Queen's Wrath. I have been trying to get Boolean Gemini for ages but it takes way too long to get so little reputation. At this point i have given up.

I also believe that they've squandered vendors but I hope we see them in Destiny 2. For instance, Ahamkara. We have different pieces of exotic armor and people could argue grasp of malok and a lot of the crota guns would be Ahamkara. I only say that because of the style of armor coinciding with the guns just like you can tell certain weapons from WotM are either Suros, Hakke or Omolon based weapons. I really hope they open up Destiny 2. To me their only on the tip of what could be an amazing game if they have outposts/towns with different vendors and factions to create as allies. It can create a very extensive game that wouldn't take 2 hours to complete but months to complete which is what I and to an extent we, as guardians, want.

3 Weekly, replace the hunting 12 named with hunting 1 Zealot on each planet for 750 rep, and add 3 daily bounties in the range of kill 100 taken, or complete a specific petra related strike. 6 total bounties. Or offer hard mode mission rep reward, you can do them once a week for 250 reo each. Keep the hard grind real to make the loot still rare, but throw us a bone here. 1 year just to maybe get a full set of gear off RNG is a bit too elitist, even for me.

3 RepliesThe grind for the queens armor has been ridiculous with the limited ways to get reputation. Maybe they should bring back the wolves and their bounties, since the grinding of their public events was much more fun than taken imo.

4 RepliesBump, should be like 50 rep per named Taken killed, 250 rep for a zealot, completing KF should get you 750 or something along those lines. Speaking of lines, I'm going to do a few so I can stay awake attempting to grind Queen's Wrath rep.

Yes, yes, yes...! 3 weeks for 1 armour piece is scandalous. Come on bungie, either double the bounties rewards or add another 3 so it's a level up every week. 3 weeks is madness.
